This weekend we visited Wales, we had a lot of fun exploring the beautiful scenery and walking around the lovely coastal paths and alongside the beach. We dressed Lucas up in his finest Fox coat for the first day, and i'm sure you'll agree he looked ADORABLE. He seems to pull off all outfits he wears.
We visited Fishguard, Pembrokeshire. Apparently Pembrokeshire used to be a busy seaside town, but isn't very busy anymore, which is a shame as it is a lovely little place.
The first day was made up of a trip to a little beach cafe for a coffee, a trip to TESCO, lunch at a little pub, a visit to a relative and then a walk along the beach. (Pictures above)
I had the most delicious pie and mash at this little pub called "The lost coins" it was a steak and ale pie, with a cheddar cheese addition to crust and gravy. Pure heaven and well mash is my favourite so thats always a hit in my books.
The beach is very beautiful, it's not overly sandy or anything, but it's got beautiful views.
The following day we were travelling back, so in the morning whilst Sunday lunch was cooking, we decided to go for a walk. We walked around the top of the "cliffs" thats the only way I can describe it. It had beautiful views of the sea and the coast, and had trees and grass for Lucas to run around.
Lucas found a stick, he used it like a drumstick which was hilarious.
The fresh air was Lovely and Lucas really enjoyed the open space.
Waking up to the beautiful smell of sea air, reminded me why my dream of living by the sea has to become a reality. I really adore waking up to the bitter cold air, wrapping up warm and going for a walk. The seaside dream will come true one day.
Thank You for reading,
Lots of love,
Nicole and Lucas
