NADIYA BAKING SET - PERFECT FOR HALF TERM AND MAKE IT SPOOKY | AD

Whats better to do during half term when the forecast is suggesting rain? BAKE! Nadiya, you know, great British bake off winner, Nadiya? She has produced 3 amazing baking sets perfect for those little hands and we were lucky enough to trial it and we baked some gingerbread halloween biscuits! I mean littles love baking and it's such a perfect time of year too. Autumn and Christmas is my favourite time to bake. I love baking gingerbread, chocolate cornflake cakes, making stews and hot chocolate. It's the perfect time of year for food isn't it.

The kit comes with an apron, bowl, sieve, whisk, spatula, rolling pin, cookie cutters, measuring spoons and recipe cards.

The set is perfect as it is the perfect fit for those tiny little hands! We were sent the deluxe set to try which is available to purchase from Smyths for £24.99 which you can purchase HERE. The set comes in a little box and the baking bits inside are all multicoloured which is super appealing for children too. I also found the bits really good quality. I wasn't surprised as Nadiya wouldn't produce a baking set with poor quality products inside but I am very impressed with the quality.

The children loved baking with it and I'm really interested in the other two sets she has for sale too The simple bake set which is £14.99 which you can buy HERE or the savoury set which is £19.99 and you can buy that one HERE. All products in the set are dishwasher safe and silicone tested to a food safe level too.

I'd highly recommend the baking sets, and from ages 4+ being able to use it (although Rufus is nearly 2 and did really well with it) it's fun for all the family and keeps them occupied over the half terms and in some cases lockdown again. The recipes are really child friendly, simple and fun to do but you could always bake your own recipes. I followed the star anise gingerbread but altered it a little to go with what we had in the house ingredient wise. We were low on supplies but that wasn't a problem at all.

It kept them busy for an hour and they even helped clean up! BONUS! So this half term GET BAKING
