BECOMING MRS WALTERS COCKTAIL PARTY!

Something I've been wanting to include on my blog for a while is wedding bits and bobs. I want to include more lifestyle posts here on my blog and with my wedding very close now I am very excited.
On Friday night it was my hen do and as a huge cocktail lover I couldn't wait to host my own little cocktail party at home before heading out into the city centre.

We purchased numerous decor bits beforehand and my favourite were the balloons from Ginger Ray and Banter Cards. The photo props were Poundland and the temporary tattoos were from Ginger Ray too.

Then we come onto the alcohol. These two bottles are from 31 Dover. Something I am a big fan of is cocktails. Pimms, Pina Colada, Mojito, dacquiri, the list could go on. Something I always hate is going to the supermarket for alcohol - Lazy I know. I am one of those people who would much rather order things online.

When I am planning a party I set a budget. I set a budget of a certain amount and search online and find the nicest things and I am one of those people who like to buy everything on one day and know it is sorted. So going out to the local supermarket to buy alcohol and mixers is annoying. So to find somewhere online that delivers alcohol and doesn't give you a minimum spend of £40 for a food shop is delightful.

I decided on Ciroc vodka in Summer Colada flavour for a Pina Colada and Barcadi for Mojitos.
I made 8 litres of mojito and a pitcher of pina colada but Mojito was certainly the favourite of everyone that night.

We started the night off with your typical cheesy r&b and 90's classic playing on the apple music and with typical cheesy hen do goodies. My friend even turned up with two sharing garlic breads for everyone. She's smart.

I thought i'd show my recipe for Mojito if any of you are interested.

You can order your alcohol from 31 Dover  and  you wont be disappointed. I'm already planning on getting some for gifts for birthday and christmas as they have some really cool bottles and things too.

*I was gifted the alcohol in return for an honest review. All words and pictures are my own*
