DAY ONE: PARC DISNEYLAND

image

So this morning we finally arrived home; sad, exhausted, full of magic, buckets of memories and whole load of photos and video footage to go through. I am so glad to have virgin media speed internet back! I am so sorry I haven’t managed to upload daily vlog’s while I have been away, I had the intentions but the WIFI at the hotel had others, but HERE IS PART ONE OF THREE, Disney posts.
I thought the best way to do this would be by days, so it’s not too boring, overpowering and long.

I’ll start with day one as that would be the best place.
Once we arrived at Disney, the attention to detail blew us all away, we were all so excited we felt like we could “do a little wee” (This became the holiday saying.)
We didn’t even make it as far as main street USA, before we stopped to watch the disney brass band play the songs from frozen. They were amazing and Lucas sat and watched in awe, he held onto the bars and stayed ever so still and happy.

Once we moved on to main street it was just mesmerising, walking down towards the beautiful pink castle was amazing.

We then moved onto Fantasyland, we were gutted to find that “its a small world” was closed, but took in all the little details and the magic of disney really hit us all. We had our photos taken with Alice and the mad hatter and Eeyore and Tigger (I can’t upload these pictures due to family privacy and respecting their wishes, but all you need to know is they were AMAZING and stayed in character so well, even in the heat.) We then explored and explored, rode on rides, ate lunch and shopped.

Then it was parade time and it actually made me very teary, the song is the catchiest song on the planet and it was just insane to watch. Everything worked so well, it looked beautiful and the characters once again stayed in character brilliantly, despite the ridiculous 30 degree heat.
After more and more exploring and disney magic, we watched the dream lights show and well, check out my vlog below to see how incredible it actually is as i really can’t explain it, better yet go to Disney and see it. You wont be disappointed and it’s certainly worth the hype.

We had an incredible first day, look out for day 2 tomorrow and day 3 the following day, the daily vlog for that day will be at the bottom of the posts again too (They’re only shortish vlogs, due to respecting family privacy, but I think they’re lovely) and finally i’ll leave you with a picture I took of the castle, with the entrance to the secret dragon lair, right down the bottom.
Hope you’re as excited to watch and read the post as I am to share it with you.

                                                          Love

P.S: I promise to stop going on about disney, just a few more posts and i’ll stop.
